Change Weapon/Tool of minion
We could change the tool of the minion (EX:A minion is using an axe , you can switch it to a sword or ... whatever)
The barbarians are to powerful... I was #1 and me and a few other players on the same team were the only ones on the server then a swarm of barbarians (about 20) just atacked and we could not run away because they were to fast and all 4 tribes were killed

How to join sandbox?
"Sandbox mode recommended for beginners". Where is the button "sandbox"? Can you show me that?
Three way walls?
It would be nice to be able to link more than 2 walls the the same intersection/tower. Or at least to be able to destroy one of your own wall. That would allow us to expand existing forts and to link to other ones.
Destroying walls will be possible soon - the cost will be high tho (to prevent trolls from destroying castles)
Changing Unit Class
So...I wanted to get a archer clan (5 archers, a sythe) but I found that one of the hardiest parts was killing off my guys that were not part of my build (such as axe men) to replace them with archers, without killing my entire team. Maybe make it so that you can change there class? I don't know...

suggestions:
leaderboard in top right corner, so everyone knows coolest tribe/color.
ability to deselect mushrooms, sometimes they are so close so i just select wrong one. people had died from this!
digit somewhere with number of guys in tribe
better balancing of newly joined tribes. there have been games reminding of genocide, where dominant color was slaughtering everything else
bugs:
sometimes my guys just wont pick items/corpses of ground.

Add palisade forts
Game would be 10x less boring if we can build our our defensive structures out of wood, leave people to defend it, and attack other people's forts (and their resource crates) for your own resources. Make sure to make it so that its easier to defend a fort than attack it, so that an army of maxed sword people dont just go and demolish all the forts.
Two handed weapons
i have an idea...the two handed weapons upgrade theese weapons will deal more damage(2)but units with them wont be able to equip shields, alo slower attack rate(0.75% or 100% for swords)
this upgrade will unlock all two handed weapons(if you unlocked the original weapon)
also there is axception there wont be "two handed bow"because tht would be stupid......
and.....oh wait...rogues.....well....two handed daggers would be stupid too so...let he just have two of theese....and double his damage,maybe this is unbalanced ....let me know:)

GUI: show skill level like 2/6
I played some matches and reached max several times, but still have no idea how many level you can get until max. Could you show the actual / max skill Level on the HUD?
Healer/Shaman unit
A while ago rezoner was talking about making a shaman for wilds. Maybe the shaman could find its place in wanderers?
