BUG: pick-up shaddows
Hi,
It appeas to happen that food, gold, wood, will drop on the ground and will get picked up again, but the shaddow of these pick-ups will sometimes stay on the ground.
As long as there's an shaddow of something you can pic it up, even when no grapihc of the food, wood or gold is displayed above.
No unique color/tribe when playing with friends?
Unsure if this is a bug or not, but when attempting to play with friends using the text field on the main menu we appear in the same server but without a "unique team" (we were placed in the Brown team)
Houses
Quick note, I think bug fixing is more important right now at the time of writing this, but maybe later it might be cool.
So houses would be a building that you could make where you could keep units. They would they would then stay in the house til you tell them to come out. Minions in a house would not count toward your pop. count of 6, but you could only have 6 minions in your tribe following you. Minions in the house could also do work at your castle such as:
-Harvest and replant crops
-Cut trees, mine rocks, ext
-Defend themselves
-Repair broken walls?
-Build fires to heal
But for some things that cost resources is, you would get a in-game notifcation asking you if you want to spend the resources. For example:
Your workers want to repair walls on your castle. It will cost X wood to repair. Allow? [Yes] [No]
More ways to get xp
Right now as far as I know, the only way to get xp is to kill rabits, or other players.
So...if you don't specialize in any of those things, you get tech points supper slow, even at low levels.
I think you should get xp for:
-Building
-Cutting down trees, cutting grass, ext (20% chance)
-Slowly over time if your near the waterfall? (once every 1 min maybe?)
-Breaking walls (50% chance)
Maybe also add a shop where you can buy xp for gold?
i can still walk through enemy's gate
seems strange but i can still pass enemy's gate except the guy with hammer.
"Stay" improvements
"Stay" skill:
How it is now:
-Minion will not move until an enemy engages him. If the enemy escapes, the minion will follow. After the battle he will not return to his origin but stay where the enemy died.
-Archer may leave the castle tower and follow the enemy as well.
-Minions steal resources.
-Sometimes they snap and attack some random player across the map for no reason.
How it should be:
-Minion will not move until an enemy engages him. He will not leave the meadow border if the enemy escapes. After the battle, he returns to his origin.
-Archer ordered to stay in a tower will remain in this tower until it's destroyed.
-Minions don't collect resources or if they do, they give it to you (or some percentage).
-Minions don't leave their assigned meadow, period.
Why:
-Adds more strategy for the end game so you aren't forced to sit and protect your castle all the time
-Allows creating more reliable areas of control for your tribe
-Encourages the risk of expanding your power by making your main army weaker for a while
