Add a shop to trade food for wood. Right now you can get coins for wood from a shop, and food for coins in a different shop. This way getting resources is more even.

Full tier hat and shield, shock arrow, and balanced 3 knights + 3 hunters. And the game is already boring LOL. My suggestion:

1. Eclipse game mode should be longer, so players can make decent improvement
2. Create tag team game mode like in GTA2 game. The best player vs all others. So pro player will be hunted by all.
3. Shaman character (it's all about tribe, rite?)
4. Castle
5. Custom hat and robe for special event
6. Lightening to randomly kill minion, mostly with highest hat upgrade
