Can I give my shields at friends

There was a glitch where, after playing for a while, my minions stopped collecting resources, stopped healing, and stopped hunting, etc. They simply kept running about.

It can be really difficult to equip new men in a fight even if you're stocked up on resources.  If you have the resources there should be a button to upgrade new men to the level of one that just died.

There is a bug which happened few times to me. I attacked player inside his fort with no towers (just walls). Player seemed to be afk. I killed everyone except his archer, who stand between my troops and fire arrow on them. I was no able to target him any possible way, making player invulnerable. 

How about adding ballistas to help defend castles against attackers?
