Level up!!! Base builds.
Add level up's to the individual peon, they could be specific to their classes. Also add some sort of base for defense or profit. Maybe a joint one for clans.

Resource Glitch
I have noticed that when two lumberjacks harvest one tree at the same time you get twice the resources. Not sure if this is intentional but when added with saw you can easily get 4 wood from one tree.
