It's a shame folks, only the creator can fix it.
I love the game and came up with ideas that can improve it a bit. If the game isn't fixed soon, it's because the creator isn't going to update it anymore and nothing we do works unless someone fixes it and renames it wanderis .io (but putting who made the original game and why what do they do)
We have all destroyed all the other tribes when we are at max level with all our other allies ready, building castles just for us with catapult just in case all over the island. So don't be ashamed to say "I destroyed 3 of 1 level 1 with roasts" etc

A much more effective solution to this would be that you can't open the same game from the same device or it will restart every time you launch it like https://ixl.com/ does (this is a learning app but it doesn't matter)
