Enemy's Well Bug

When I click on an empty well that belongs to enemy, it auto-fills. This bug makes watering meadows too easy.

I think it i not autofilling. Status of the well is not updated/refreshed until you click it. Try it on your own. If meadow is not green then well is empty.
