Some Ideas

Maybe add some wild deer roaming around. Gives meat, but can fight back by kicking you. Also add buildings such as a bakery, homes, temples, and more. Maybe add gold rocks in the game, and can only be mined with a stone pickaxe. Also add rattlesnakes, can hide in holes, also kill rabbits. Rabbits also can live in holes.
