Editing the starting minions
Having the option of choosing what tools you will start with would be very helpful. Oftentimes I find the extra archer in my melee build quite annoying, same goes for a hammer when I just want to farm.
The option to remove a minion from my squad would also be very helpful in case I want to change the composition of my party.

Like where you would start with 2-3 unarmed minions and you can choose for yourself what to arm them with?
well starting without tools could work. But since the cost of tools is determined by party size and not the number of tools in the party I think letting us pick the starting tools or letting us remove minions or have them drop the tools would be the better option.
