Stuttering camera movement?

The camera movement is jumpy - only moving a little at a time, instead of moving smoothly with the tribe. It is like this the whole time, with no variation. And it's not lag, since the tribe isn't lagging. Just the camera.

This is also accompanied by the tribe moving side-to-side when the totem is standing still. But that I can handle. The camera part makes it too visually disorienting / headache-inducing to play.
