algorithm for team color

Whenever a new player enters the server and is assigned a certain color other players that enter the server from now on should have a decreased chance of having that color

Example: Ragnar joins the game, his tribe is green, which means everybody else who joins the server from now on wont have as much chances to get a green colored tribe

This way the quantity of same-color tribes will be miinimal and therefore no confussion shall occur
